Es gibt sie durchaus, die sympathischen Statussymbole. Es braucht nicht immer ein SUV vor dem Sternelokal um glücklich zu sein. Auch ein gepflegter Kleinwagen vor dem Indischen Lokal gleich um die Ecke macht viel Freude – ohne dabei auffällig zu sein. Ausser vielleicht wenn die ganze Szenerie so stimmig ist, wie auf diesem Spaziergang in Windsor.
There are, of course, those sympathetic status symbols. It doesn’t need an SUV in front of a fancy restaurant to be happy. Even a well-kept small car in front of the Indian restaurant just around the corner is a lot of fun – without being conspicuous. Except maybe when the whole scenery is as harmonious as on this walk in Windsor.
