Jeden Tag werden auf Youtube rund 5 Milliarden Beiträge angesehen, wofür rund eine Milliarde Stunden aufgewendet werden. Dazu eine kleine Rechnung: Wer 90 Jahre alt wird, lebt etwa 800’000 Stunden. Somit werden auf Youtube jeden Tag 1’250 Menschenleben verguckt. Und in dieser Zahl sind noch nicht einmal die unzähligen Stunden enthalten, welche zum Erstellen des ganzen Inhalts nötig sind – nun dieser Foodblogger kombiniert das wenigstens mit seinem Abendessen.
Every day, about 5 billion posts are viewed on Youtube, for which about one billion hours are spent. Here’s a small calculation: people who turn 90 live about 800,000 hours. This means that 1,250 lives are lost every day on Youtube. And this figure does not even include the countless hours needed to create all the content – now this food blogger at least combines that with his dinner.
